Used car inspection sheet

Organize questions, visible condition, and an independent mechanic inspection.

Plus resource2 pages · Editable Word · Fillable PDF · Version 1

How to use it

Use this sheet to record observations and compare cars. Arrange an independent mechanic inspection before buying; a history report and this checklist cannot confirm mechanical safety.

A look inside

  • Match the vehicle details across the listing and ownership records.
  • Ask about title status, accident history, and service records.

Includes a preparation checklist and a separate working copy with editable prompts.
