Tagged Google Ads links contribute to a broad Google Ads traffic category. The broad traffic category is remembered in this tab for up to 30 minutes to count later actions from the same visit. It contains no visitor identifier and clears when anonymous counts are turned off. Only that category is counted; campaign names, click IDs and URL queries are not sent or stored. Focused entry-page views are page-view totals, not unique visitors or attributed purchases.

We count page views, navigation clicks, outbound link clicks, downloads and selected site actions to understand which features are useful. Reports are combined in a private dashboard for the site owner.

This analytics system does not use tracking cookies, visitor IDs or fingerprinting. It does not store IP addresses, names, email addresses, form contents, notes, search phrases, URL queries or game-room codes. We count only broad page templates and selected actions; private record IDs and contents are excluded. We keep only hourly totals by page template, action, broad traffic-source category and device category for rolling 90-day reports. Older totals are deleted on the next analytics collection or reporting request.

You can turn off these counts with the control below. We also honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. The preference stays on this browser. Hosting security logs and separately disclosed account or advertising services have their own purposes and policies.

Free checklist and paid options

We count explicit move-in checklist starts, handled-or-skipped checks, requested next-step results, completed four-job checklists, print requests and clicks to workbook previews or Plus comparisons. These are action totals, not unique people or attributed purchases. Print requests do not confirm a saved file. The checklist contents and your other browser drafts are never included in these counts.

Guide progress and feedback

Guide setup choices, checked steps, result notes and chosen follow-up dates save on this browser. Plus users can deliberately save an account copy of that guide record, including notes; it is stored privately against their signed-in account. Opening a guide or the saved-work page does not upload browser drafts. Loading an account copy replaces the browser draft only when you choose that action. Account saving does not enable email. A calendar download lets you add a check date to your own calendar; it does not enable site email alerts. When you deliberately flag a confusing guide step, we store your account ID, the guide and step identifiers, and the date to limit duplicate reports. Private task notes are not submitted. The owner’s report shows combined counts by guide and step. Feedback is retained for up to 90 days and older rows are removed on the next feedback or reporting request.

Location and vehicle lookups

Your chosen state and optional ZIP can be remembered on this browser only. Opening an external locator may send the location included in that link to that provider. We do not infer your location. NHTSA year/make/model requests are proxied and cached with the vehicle selection and check time; they do not contain VINs or account identifiers. Healthcare, benefits, childcare and eldercare browser plans upload only when you deliberately save an account plan. Avoid sensitive health, child, identity or account details in planning notes.

Saved work, payments, gifts, and email

Signed-in checklists, worksheets, meal plans, form answers, and reviewed paperwork excerpts are stored against your account so you can return to them. Guest spending and paperwork drafts stay in the current page until you download them; they are not saved to an account. Pasted source text and opened text files are processed in your browser. Only reviewed actions and excerpts you choose to save are uploaded. Downloaded backups contain your worksheet data; keep them private.

ChatGPT provides account sign-in. Stripe handles payment details; the site stores payment references and access status, not card numbers. A gift purchaser sees payment and redemption status, but cannot see the recipient’s private work. Keep gift links private. A gift code may be temporarily stored in this browser tab through sign-in and is removed after successful redemption.

Weekly agenda email and Plus due-date nudges are separate optional choices and both are off by default. When you opt in, we store your account email, timezone, preference, and delivery status. Resend processes delivery. Weekly emails contain action counts; due-date nudges identify only that a saved action is due. Both link to My Day without private task names or notes. Manage weekly emails in My Day and due-date nudges in Email alerts. An unsubscribe link stops both. Bounces and complaints disable delivery.

You can edit or remove worksheet entries and save the change, and download a backup. For help deleting other account records or resolving payment and gift questions, contact support.
